CAPS-Aligned Resources for Agricultural Teachers
The Red Meat Industry Services (RMIS), in collaboration with MyLife and Sagritex, has developed a comprehensive online platform of CAPS-aligned educator resources tailored to the needs of educators for Grade 12 Agricultural Sciences and Grade 10 Agricultural Management Practices. These educator resources help teachers prepare engaging lessons, integrate high-quality video content, and implement an effective blended learning approach. The programme includes concise lesson videos, exam-style questions with model answers, planning guides aligned to annual teaching plans, and enrichment materials with a strong focus on livestock, making it easier to translate curriculum outcomes into confident classroom delivery. The platform is supported by an extensive visual library featuring numerous South African video inserts
Developed by experienced South African educators and fully mapped to the CAPS syllabus, the platform’s educator resources are practical, time-saving, and classroom-ready. To broaden impact, RMIS supported the development of the platform—providing teachers with premium educator resources that elevate lesson preparation, deepen learner understanding, and streamline assessment readiness.

How to Apply
- 1. Fill out the application form below.
- 2. Submit your application by Friday, 14 Feb or until all licenses are allocated.
- 3. Successful applicants will be notified via email by RMIS and MyLife by end of February.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be teaching Grade 12 Agricultural Sciences in 2025.
- The programme is available in English and Afrikaans only.
